I am now able to solve the whole cube! However, I need the notes in my phone to do so. The final algorithms are extremely lengthy and will require some memorization. Nonetheless, I have solved the cube and it feels great. The next few weeks will be used to memorize these final algorithms and improve on my time to solve. Using the guides on my phone, it takes me about 5 minutes. I want to minimize this to under 3. If I can reach this goal sooner than I expect, I will embark on a pyramid cube. I will keep you posted!

  1. Congrats Jack! I think you will be able to memorize those final algorithms in no time. The best part of solving the cube is each time you solve you become for efficient at solving. Once you practice your algorithms enough, you won't even have to think about them, you will just be able to solve. Perhaps one of the ways people can solve them so fast is their ability to manipulate those algorithms. Have you found any shortcuts yet? Good luck Jack!

  2. These final algorithms should come as a breeze. I know you're more than capable of memorizing them and improving your time. Very impressive how far you've came since you started. Good luck these next few weeks! I also think you should make the pyramid cube a goal of your's instead of something that might happen if you happen to manage this goal sooner. It'd be very interesting hearing about the comparison of techniques in solving it compared to the rubiks cube.
